SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

Perry Family Dentistry offers an SMS messaging program to send you appointment-related communications and, with your separate consent, marketing messages. You may opt in to receive these messages through our website at https://www.perryfamilydentistry.com or via our scheduling forms by checking the appropriate consent boxes.

Transactional Messages (if you opt in) may include:

Appointment confirmations

Consent & Opt-In

You can cancel SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your "STOP" request, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

To rejoin: Text "START" or "UNSTOP" to the same number, or sign up again through our website.
